Product Breakdown Plans are available on electrical items or mobile phones available in the catalogue and website costing up to £1,000.
The cover is very simple yet very comprehensive. Cover is available for either 1 or 2 years and commences once the manufacturer's initial 12 month guarantee has expired.
For items costing up to £200 which break down during the period of cover a brand new replacement will be provided – free of charge.
For items costing £200 or more which break down during the period of cover a brand new replacement will be provided – free of charge if your item cannot be repaired.
Cover starts from as little as £7. To take advantage you must either place your order for the appliance using our Orderline and the operator will inform you of the cost of the cover, or alternatively you can place your order through the normal website and order using the prompt after each eligible item.
